In Kentron people look for apartments around Northern Avenue, Cascade, the Opera and Small Center. This is Yerevan’s most expensive market: about 2,000–3,500 USD/sqm, with strong rental demand. I help you buy, sell or rent out — from viewing to cadastre.
Real estate in Arabkir +
Arabkir and Komitas Avenue are mostly family and investment apartments next to clinics and cafes. Sale prices sit around 1,400–2,200 USD/sqm, and rental demand is steady. I support purchase, sale and letting.

Ajapnyak sits west of the Hrazdan, with many new-builds and more practical prices for families. In 2026 sales are about 900–1,400 USD/sqm, plus a secondary market. I help pick the building, check the papers and close the deal.
